Hi there! I’m Kate Bartlett, the face behind Brighter Beginnings Psychology and also the mum who’s constantly reheating her coffee between parenting three wildly different humans: Imogen (14), Archer (3), and Jude (9 months). Yep, I’m living that three-kids-in-three-life-stages chaos and loving (most of) it.

Alongside almost 2 decades of experience as a psychologist, I bring the kind of skills you only gain from navigating sleepless nights, toddler tantrums, and teenager eye rolls. I’ve also faced my own challenges with infertility and pregnancy loss, so I truly get it—this parenting gig is equal parts heartwarming and hair-pulling.

At Brighter Beginnings, my team and I are here to support you through the rollercoaster of trying to conceive, pregnancy, birth, and parenthood. Whether you're celebrating, struggling, or somewhere in between, our mission is to help you find confidence, calm, and brighter days ahead.
